Hinsilblon - Air Pollution Control

Leachate Tanks are a common source of fugitive odor emissions in
Solid Waste Facilities.

There are two types of Leachate Tanks that present two different
forms of odor sources, Open Tanks and Covered Tanks.

The two Vapor Distribution Systems designed to treat Leachate
Tanks are:

Open Leachate Tanks
(Treated with Vapor Distribution Line)

Covered Leachate Tanks
(Treated with Vapor Diffusion Rings)

Some Leachate Tanks are covered but the dome is not sealed, in
which case fugitive odors can escape through any openings in the
dome.

Tanks with unsealed covers require perimeter odor treatment
(Vapor Distribution Line) and treatment at each tank vent (Vapor
Diffusion Rings).

Hinsilblon’s Vapor Distribution Line is designed to treat the fugitive nuisance odor emissions from open leachate tanks. An odor neutralizing blend of natural, bio-degradable essential plant oils is converted from a liquid to an Odor Neutralizing Waterless Vapor within the Odor Control Unit.

The Odor Neutralizing Waterless Vapor will be delivered through the Vapor Distribution Line into the ambient air around the perimeter of the tank.

As the Odor Neutralizing Waterless Vapor and the fugitive odor
emissions contact one another, the odor is neutralized.

Hinsilblon’s Vapor Diffusion Rings are designed to treat the fugitive nuisance odor emissions from open leachate tanks. An odor neutralizing blend of natural, bio-degradable essential plant oils is converted from a liquid to an Odor Neutralizing Waterless Vapor within the Odor Control Unit.

The Odor Neutralizing Waterless Vapor will be delivered through the Vapor Diffusion Rings into the fugitive odors as they pass through the tank vent.

As the Odor Neutralizing Waterless Vapor and the fugitive odor emissions contact one another, the odor is neutralized.

There are two primary components involved with Hinsilblon's Patented Waterless Vapor Odor Control System. The Odor Control Unit converts a pure and natural blend of essential plant oils from a liquid to an Odor Neutralizing Waterless Vapor. The Vaporization Distribution System delivers the Odor Neutralizing Waterless Vapor into the fugitive odor emissions treating the malodors on contact. The HLDA Series Odor Control Unit is utilized in conjuction with Vapor Diffusion Lances to treat ventilation ducts and stacks.
When treating open leachate tanks, the HLDA Series Odor Control Unit is utilized conjuction with Vapor Distribution Line. The Vapor Distribution Line The Vapor Distribution Line is mounted on the tank wall for the treatment of fugitive nuisance odor emissions.		The Vapor Diffusion Ring The Vapor Diffusion Rings are mounted around the vents of covered leachate tanks for the treatment of fugitive nuisance emissions.

The combined fragrances of Clear\|Scent’s individual components are detectable before its interaction with odor compounds and as a result Clear\|Scent is the least aromatic of Hinsilblon’s vapor products.

Orange\|Scent is a safe blend of biodegradable citrus oils and trace elements specifically formulated to neutralize odors in solid waste, industrial and municipal facilities. The combined fragrances of the citrus oils results in the most aromatic of Hinsilblon’s vapor products.
